In Bryn Mawr College project our team has performed cost estimating and takeoff services of various figure options and provided construction cost estimating services.

The Project included takeoff estimating services for lecture halls which included all the auxiliaries, fittings, equipment and ductwork to be estimated for timely filing of bidding proposals. The other facilities included irrigation system, topsoil, and GOR (grass on the roof) takeoff to be done with sufficient skill in estimation.

The flexibility with time and resources to be utilized was among the prime motivation behind hiring BUILDING CONNECTS as construction estimation company for the project.

The addition and renovation work was estimated and takeoff in the least turnaround times with adequate skill and motivation for meeting deadlines of bids for subcontractors bidding on the project.

The concrete work for most of the facilities i.e. study carrels, seminar rooms, stationary and mobile stacks, reading rooms, and storages include slab on grade, cast in concrete, footings, and columns from base to roof in most of the facilities.

The estimators at BUILDING CONNECTS  provided thorough estimating service for renovation and reconstruction of the plaza area along with a renovation of an existing facility that included a new lecture hall, renovated stacks, and offices. The estimators involving lumber estimator, MEP estimators, Concrete Estimator, and Electrical estimator employed at BUILDING CONNECTS that were deployed for project estimates and budgeting. The mechanical and plumbing insulations were provided for most of the auxiliaries at the MEP section of the building. Bryn Mawr College is also known as Rhys Carpenter Library. We have completely satisfied our customers because we believe in long term business relations.
