ARMY AVIATION SUPPORT FACILITY

Our experts have worked on Army Aviation Support Facility on cost estimating and a cost-benefit analysis of various design options and provided construction cost estimating services at each stage of design.

The preconstruction management services from cost estimates to project scheduling that was a vital part of our whole services. The metal hangar doors, new cold storage buildings, the addition of a Blackhawk helicopter hangar, renovation of an existing hangar with sitework and excavation work for helicopter landing and taxiways.

The majority of elements include high reflective/low albedo exterior finishes, geothermal cooling systems, and underground stormwater bays to be takeoff and quantified with cost estimates. The bid estimates were provided to bidders and subcontractors bidding on this project. The Xactimate estimating services were provided by BUILDING CONNECTS Services LLC based in New York with headquarters in Texas for the majority of the title companies.

The Army Aviation Support Facility Project

BUILDING CONNECTS  Services provided all the necessary takeoffs for civil, mechanical and structural designs of the project. Our estimators did detailed estimates for procurement, ordering and design analysis on various stages of the project.

Different stages of design were developed and cost-benefit analysis reports were maintained against each design of the project stage.
